JOB SCOPE:
· Perform all operations within a continuous flow-manufacturing cell, utilizing the skills and ability to run all machines, as well as test equipment including burring within the cell, part washing, measurement and recording of inspection results using electronic gauging and all other inspection equipment for data collection.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform assigned work in a safety conscious manner.
· Perform assigned work to specify quality and production standards.
· Maintain equipment and tools used by the individual’s immediate work area in a clean condition.
· Prepare and/or maintain all documentation necessary to the duties of the job classification.
· Perform other duties inherently required of the job classification.
· Operate machining centers, related equipment and inspection systems to produce product within Company processes and procedures.
· Perform assigned work to specific process including statistical in-process control to ensure final product quality.
· To communicate on a timely basis to all relevant personnel any issues found during the daily processing of product and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Record keeping as required.
· Work with others across payrolls, functions, and shifts to solve problems in a timely manner.
· Capable to work unsupervised in their area.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Manufacturing Operations, the Factory Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation in a portion of the Hunt Valley, MD production factory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the assembly team, with resolving the most complex issues involving the manufacturing process
- Provide leadership to ensure safe work areas, environments, practices, and behaviors
- Manage product through all stages of assembly and test, through delivery to customer
- Manage resources to optimize productivity and cost effectiveness
- Ensure compliance and execution associated with the Quality Management Systems
- Plans, organizes and assigns the workflow of the team and ensures that safety and quality standards are met and production schedules are achieved following Manufacturing / Quality established methods
- Represents assigned factory areas at program operations meetings
- Instructs assigned personnel on processes, policies and procedures and coordinates with staff and designated support groups to resolve problems
- Plans, organizes, and makes work assignments consistent with job classifications and employee ability
- Responsible for staffing of department to meet program needs, and the assessment and development of skills and certifications to meet demand requirements
- Interacts with other Managers and Planners to support program priorities
- Recommends and justifies capital equipment and tooling expenses required to meet departmental and program needs

- Performing the duties of a Structural Shipfitter daily.
- Job duties include but are not limited to measuring, laying out, cutting, grinding, forming and drilling of assorted materials (aluminum, steel, stainless, gasket, rubber, screen, etc.).
- Works from Engineering drawings, sketches and written and verbal instructions.
- Reading from computer screens to retrieve work instructions, blueprints or other documents
- Maintains records, forms and logs as required.
- Typical tools and equipment used in the performance of duties are: MIG and TIG welders, manual hand tools, mechanical, pneumatic, cordless and electric tools including porta power, come a long, clamps, hammers and mauls, gougers, grinders, saws, band saws, drills, tapes and scales.
- Must be capable of handling chemicals and solvents including alcohol, cleaning solvents, cutting oil, tool oil, etc.
- Housekeeping of shop and work area (keeping work area neat and clean) daily.
- Must visually inspect work to drawings and sketches for completeness and dimensional correctness.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Systems Engineer with a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various systems engineering efforts supporting the development of complex military systems. Your expertise and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the successful design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge defense technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our military customers.
Responsibilities
· Perform systems engineering activities for complex electronic systems, from concept to deployment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project requirements, and industry standards.
· Conduct system requirements analysis, definition, and allocation, translating customer needs into functional and technical requirements.
· Conduct system modeling, operations analysis, and requirements decomposition in support of system design.
· Perform system level trade analysis of different design options including estimated development and operational costs.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and subject matter experts, to develop system architectures and design solutions that optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Performing troubleshooting and failure analysis on product networks and networking components
- Implementing network designs through the configuration of embedded and general purpose computing devices (ie switches, routers, compute hosts, etc)
- Contributing to the efforts of the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Support (CSIS) team to support the assessment and authorization of products in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) to achieve an Interim Authorization To Test (IATT) or Authorization To Operate (ATO)
- Utilizing vulnerability scan, port scan, compliance, and network analysis tools (e.g. ACAS, Nessus, NMAP, SCC, and Wireshark), and conducting in-depth analysis of the results against Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirement Guides (SRGs)
- Developing remediation and mitigation plans, and creating packages for the implementation of those plans
- Willing and able to occasional travel to other locations in support of cybersecurity test activities and network troubleshooting (less than 10%)
- Working both individually and cohesively on a team with exciting technologies and products in an engineering environment
About This Role
The Electronic Systems Project Manager is a key player, working in a team environment, to support customers after the initial sale of an Aftermarket product.
This role reports directly to the Program Manager, Aftermarket and works closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to execute Aftermarket upgrade/repair/calibration operations in addition to Aftermarket sales forecasting and spares planning. They are required to lead cross-functional teams to propose, contract, expedite and control all Aftermarket projects in order to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. This includes but is not limited to customer interface, quoting, project planning, risk identification and mitigation, on-time-delivery, financial management and reporting. This is a career progression position into Program Management or Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all aspects of Aftermarket operations, including but not limited to repair work, spares delivery and calibration services
- Supports quoting and proposal activity for customer support requests for designated product lines, working closely with Program Managers and the Contracts team
- Assists with sales forecasting, spares forecasting, and securing spares on a Company Risk Funding to anticipate and respond to customer product support requirements
- Works creatively to solve customer problems and expedite company response time
- Tracks all work activities in Salesforce and routinely runs metrics between Salesforce and ERP to ensure project profitability.
- Adheres to any required internal and government regulations to ensure compliance; looks for ways to gain efficiencies and expedite commercial contracts.

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel
· Manage assigned maintenance programs
· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
· Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
· Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
· Manage programs as assigned.

Summary
Fly the Dassault Mirage F-1 in regular support of US Navy, Marine Corps, and US Air Force training and readiness missions. Fly in support of 4th and 5th Generation Fighter operational and conversion syllabus and continuation training missions. Support surface fleet pre-deployment training and large force employment missions.
Marine Contracts: Conduct flight operations from ATAC’S permanent facilities at Cherry Point, NC and Beaufort, SC. Deploy as required to various locations.
Job Responsibilities
• Employ the ATAC fighter aircraft throughout their flight envelope as a surrogate Adversary, Red Air, Aggressor or Close Air Support pilot for Marine Corps large force employment exercise, or intercept controller training.
• Maintain FAA instrument currency, First Class medical certification, and adversary mission qualifications and associated mission currencies, to include low level, dynamic mission, and unlimited air combat tactics maneuvering in the high-G environment.
• Attend mass briefings, adversary coordination briefings and other pre-flight briefings. Plan and fly adversary missions. Accomplish flight debriefings and attend mass debriefings.
• Adhere to all training rules and pre-briefed maneuvering restrictions
• Collect and disseminate lessons learned.
• Accomplish necessary ground training prior to flights
• Deploy as required to support mission requirements

Collateral Assignments
Director of Operations (Cherry Point) - The Cherry Point DO will report to the Vice President of ATAC ACE and receive direction from, the ACE Director of Flight Operations in order to ensure customer and company operational requirements are achieved in support of all flying activities within the designated AOR. Scope of work includes providing direct customer interface in order to support and schedule all contract requirements, liaise with local and regional authorities for airspace and airfield requirements, and effectively manage the ATAC site Maintenance Manager for all aircrew and aircraft utilization regarding ground and flight requirements. Additionally, the DO will interface with functional leaders at headquarters when required.
Deputy Director of Operations (Cherry Point) – The Deputy Director of Operations (DDO) is a pilot position that assists the Director of Operations (DO) in the oversight and execution of all flight operations within the Cherry Point area of responsibility (AOR). The DDO with provide flight schedule support, detachment planning, and assistance to DO in oversight of aircraft maintenance, procedures, policies, inspection programs, manpower, and finance management. DDO will report directly to the DO.
Maintenance Liaison (Beaufort) – The Beaufort Maintenance Liaison will report to the Vice President of ATAC ACE, coordinate with the ACE Director of Flight Operations (DFO), and the Cherry Point Director of Operation (DO) for activities related to aircraft maintenance in support of customer requirements. The Maintenance Liaison will ensure adequate coordination and communication of maintenance of maintenance related activities in support of Luke operations.
Standardization and Evaluations Officer – The Standardization and Evaluations Officer (Stan/Eval) at ATAC is a pilot position that oversees all pilot related standards of operations and evaluations programs, and scheduling for both ground and airborne evaluations under the purview of Cherry Point OL. Will liaise with the ACE Stan/Eval Mngr and coordinate evaluations as needed. The ATAC Stan/Eval Officer will report to the Cherry Point DO and coordinate with the ACE DFO and the Chief Pilot (CP). Cherry Point Stan/Eval will maintain a tactical focus and perform the operational role in evaluating OL ability to accomplish mission tasking.
Training Officer – The Cherry Point Training Officer (TO) is a pilot position that oversees all pilot related training programs, syllabi, and scheduling for both ground and airborne training requirements for operations under the purview of Cherry Point. The Cherry Point TO will report to the Cherry Point DO, coordinate with the Cherry Point Standards & Evaluation Officer (Stan/Eval) and will be required to support the ACE Chief Pilot (CP), and the ACE Safety Manager (SM) for all activities related to Pilot training in the Cherry Point (AOR). The Cherry Point TO will ensure adequate training materials, equipment, scheduling, and continued process improvement of all F1 syllabi along with the periodic training and tracking requirements of all pilot qualifications and currency. The Cherry Point TO will liaise with ACE Training Mgr to ensure clarification and consistency of companywide training policies and procedures.
Flight Safety Manager - The Flight Safety Manager is the delegated authority to implement and manage ATAC’s Safety Management System (SMS) at Cherry Point. The Cherry Point Flight Safety Manager (FSM) reports to the Director of Safety and will be required to support the Cherry Point Director of Operations (DO) and Maintenance Managers for all activities related to safe flight operations in designated Areas of Responsibility (AOR). The Flight Safety Manager will ensure all flight operations are conducted IAW published standards and procedures.

Major Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a diverse, multifunctional team and, under the supervision of a senior program manager or program director have the responsibilities not limited to the following:
· Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable in a cost-effective manner.
· Perform Control Account Manager responsibilities for program management budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and determine variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate updates and Estimate At Complete analysis, and sales forecast update.
· Follow management program processes, plans and procedures to ensure program executes based on AS9100 Quality certification requirements and Textron best practices.
· Organize Program Management Execution Gates for leadership review and approval.
· Assist with proposal generation and submittal to the customer.
· Work closely with program schedulers to understand the IMS and all the inputs required to manage/update the IMS on a monthly basis.
· Interface with suppliers and Textron Systems Procurement organization to communicate program updates/changes to and from the supplier.
· Assist with internal and external program communications.
