Textron Systems is looking for a Program Manager to support its growing Electronic Systems business, specifically in Training and Simulation. This role will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned programs within this business line. This includes meeting/exceeding program and company metrics. This area of the business serves multiple external customers and requires developing and coordinating program requirements, plans and delivery methods with customers and subcontractors. This position is also responsible for assisting in developing business development strategies and capture plans, preparing and presenting briefings to potential and current customers, and preparing technical and cost proposals.  This role is for an individual contributor and has the potential to manage a Program Team. 

Responsibilities

·    Coordinates preparation of proposals.

·    Manages all phases of the program, from inception to completion.

·    Establishes and ensures adherence to milestones, master schedules, program financial baseline.

·    Participates, with Electronic Systems Contract Manager, in negotiation of contract changes. 

·    Leads all internal and external project reviews to include discussions relative to cost, schedule, risk,  and/or performance.

·    Responsible for the team’s execution in a matrix organization. 

·    Identifies program problems and facilitates solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing specifications/ procedures

·    Understand technical design concepts and development procedures and works effectively with the program engineering team.

·    Works with Integrated Supply Chain leaders for the facilitation of vertically integrated production and delivery of various end products.

·    Ensures enterprise leadership is updated on significant program issues.

·    Knows company direction and strategies and executes them.

About This Role

Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) to design and develop complex hardware solution for a variety of technical problems. Electrical Engineers engage in a variety of technical projects of moderate scope including schematic capture and circuit card design, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design and development, and embedded microcontroller design and development. Additionally, EEs are expected to create, maintain and follow Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications and test procedures for circuit card assemblies and system integration.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Solving complex problems that may require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.

· Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.

· Contributing to and/or ensures the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.

· Working with schematic capture tools such as Mentor Graphics DxDesigner.

· Designing VHDL code for FPGAs (Altera/IntelPSG and/or Xilinx).

· Developing code for embedded microcontrollers (Atmel, Microchip, etc).

· Writing interface control documents, specifications and test procedures for designs.

· Reporting status including schedule progress and problems/issues.

· Working closely with hardware in a lab setting, and debugging using lab equipment (e.g. Spectrum Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope).

You will be part of highly skilled team and need to interface with other team members, including those of other engineering disciplines. Additional job duties could include systems level requirements analysis, design, and proposal input. You may also be involved in system testing for products you’re a part of and aid with fielding and/or training of the customer.

About This Role

The Powder-Coat Technician is responsible for routine and preventative maintenance coating duties within the manufacturing plant, including a full range of specialized projects. These include but are not limited to; powder coating large structures, performing inspections, clean ups, proper storage, and disposal of powder-coat products and operating various tools and equipment. Skilled at layout, preparation and performing the powder coating assignments on parts from all departments, to meet Quality Control inspection and customer acceptance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To receive and prepare cut parts for the powder coat process.
• Working from oral and written instruction, regularly perform powder coating on (both exterior and interior surfaces), using extreme care to avoid overspray.
• Use and adjust, clean and service powder-coat guns, hoses, and other spray equipment.
• Apply coatings to small and large surfaces to a variety of surfaces including, steel, aluminum, and other shop coated metal, uncoated metal, finish hardware, accessories and other surfaces as specified.
• Apply protective powder coatings to items such as equipment and miscellaneous metalwork.
• Keep inventory of supplies and order in advance to assure needed items are on hand.
• Work with program manager and leads to ensure schedule is on time and within budget.

About This Role

Provide information systems security support from a managerial and technical standpoint for DoD and Non-DoD classified systems and networks.  Standing up and maintaining accreditations for classified systems and networks.  Classified Systems & Networks range in complexity and size to include multi-platform computing (Linux, Windows, Solaris, VMWare), virtual environments, and mobile systems. Extensive experience with eMASS, NISPOM Chapter 8, DCSA DAAPM, DISA STIGs. Assemble and maintain security plan accreditation packages per Risk Management Framework (RMF). 

Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain a formal Classified Information Security program and policies for their assigned area of responsibility.

·         Ensure established IS policies are enforced for Classified Information Systems.

·         Maintain a working knowledge of Textron Systems security policies and procedures.  Be knowledgeable of and enforce policies in the area of information systems security, including Textron Systems and Government policies related to Classified Systems Security.

·         Provide hands-on technical assistance to the Classified IS team and procedural Information System (IS) Security advice to government and industrial teams.

·         Assist Classified IS team members at other locations, if required, either remotely or short travel (3 days). 

·         Develop and oversee operational information systems security implementation policy and guidelines.

·         Maintain required DoD Cybersecurity certifications commensurate with your roles and responsibilities.

·         Understand, implement, and enforce the security policies and processes that are required by: the NISPOM, DCSA DAAPM, System Security Plans (SSPs), NIST Security Controls.

·         Oversee ISSOs under their purview to ensure they follow established IS policies and procedures.

·         Assume ISSO responsibilities in the absence of the ISSO’s.

·         Oversee System Administrators under their purview to ensure they follow established IS policies and procedures.

·         Assist System Administrators as required with hands-on, technical, or procedural assistance.

·         Understand, implement, and enforce security policies and processes to maintain the with respect to:  Removable Media Creation, Trusted Download, Safeguarding Classified Information, Classified Markings, Wireless Devices, and relevant System Security Plans (SSPs).

·         Perform Systems Administration for Linux/Windows operating systems, either in the absence of System Administrators or to assist as required.

·         Utilize a variety of accredited security software tools to conduct vulnerability assessments, continuous monitoring scans, and those employed to maintain OS configurations.

·         Coordinate IS security inspections, tests, and reviews (DCSA, DoD, Customers).

·         Ensure development and implementation of an effective IS security education, training, and awareness program.

·         Maintain a working knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures.

·         Working experience with High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptors/TACLANE

·         Analyze security audits for non-standard events and media write control logs. Assist in investigations involving anomalies.

·         Validate systems & networks are patched in accordance with IAVM guidelines for patching and executing Continuous Monitoring activities.

·         Maintain a working knowledge of Textron Systems security policies and procedures and the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Be knowledgeable of and enforce policies in the area of information systems security, including Textron Systems and Government policies related to IT security.

·         Maintain and modify accreditation packages. Prior experience with eMASS, XACTA.

·         ISSM would be required to obtain Classified IS accounts (General User, Privileged User) on systems under their purview, and actively review ISSO/SA taskings on classified IS

·         Assist with administrative processes related to User Accounts, Data Transfer Agents (DTA), Media Write Control, and Trusted Downloads (TD).
