About This Role

• Design test programs that support product development from concept thru qualification and transition to production
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and lead test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards
• Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, performance, environmental, and field tests
• Lead both in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of telemetry systems, data recorders, high speed cameras, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and other test instrumentation
• Support and execute failure review and corrective action activities
• Support customer test activities including product installation, integration, test, data acquisition and analysis
• Perform preliminary “quick-look” analysis and provide post-test debrief to engineering team and customers
• Coordinate with appropriate program, engineering and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases
• Plan and manage test program budgets using Earned Value
• Develop plans and budgetary estimates for test services in support of proposals and program planning
• 20 - 25% Travel

About This Role

This position can be a feeder into the Program Manager career track or other areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, etc.
- Develop and maintain program schedules with guidance from the Principal/Manager, Program Planning & Scheduling.
- Serve as a cross-departmental and cross-organizational conduit for information, job tasks, and material flow.
- Develop, update, and maintain schedule performance metrics, related processes, and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.
- Support program managers with coordinating activities of various internal departments to ensure project goals for cost, schedule and scope are maintained.
- Perform Control Account Manager duties on schedule and cost performance, forecasts, and risks.
- Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders during execution of the program, including Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, and the Customer.
- Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews and prepares CAMs for schedule surveillance/audits.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Interact with electronics engineers and engine mechanics to resolve test facility issues.
- Monitor and correct facility standardization requirements.
- Create ATAC facility documentation such as:
- ATC bulletins
- Facility drawings
- Inventory management processes
- Enter and track maintenance requests.
- Enter and track shop tooling requests.
- Specify and order parts for facility maintenance projects.
- Interface with outside contractors to coordinate facility upgrades and maintenance.
- Create and present training modules to communicate new documentation and standards.

About This Role
Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) to design and develop complex hardware solution for a variety of technical problems. Electrical Engineers engage in a variety of technical projects of moderate scope including schematic capture and circuit card design, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design and development, and embedded microcontroller design and development. Additionally, EEs are expected to create, maintain and follow Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications and test procedures for circuit card assemblies and system integration.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Solving complex problems that may require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.
• Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
• Contributing to and/or ensures the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
• Working with schematic capture tools such as Mentor Graphics DxDesigner.
• Designing VHDL code for FPGAs (Altera/IntelPSG and/or Xilinx).
• Developing code for embedded microcontrollers (Atmel, Microchip, etc).
• Writing interface control documents, specifications and test procedures for designs.
• Reporting status including schedule progress and problems/issues.
• Working closely with hardware in a lab setting, and debugging using lab equipment (e.g. Spectrum Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope).
You will be part of highly skilled team and need to interface with other team members, including those of other engineering disciplines. Additional job duties could include systems level requirements analysis, design, and proposal input. You may also be involved in system testing for products you’re a part of and aid with fielding and/or training of the customer.

As our Assistant General Counsel, you will:
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor on labor and employment matters with a high degree of integrity.
• Provide timely, practical, and business-oriented legal advice on a range of labor and employment issues, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, personnel policies and handbooks, leaves of absence and accommodations, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, internal investigations, discipline and termination, compensation, benefits, and privacy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a variety of workplace policies, employee training and employment-related templates and agreements.
• Investigate and respond to claims, demand letters, administrative complaints, audits, and other employment-related inquiries.
• Represent the Company in investigations and mediations before administrative agencies including the EEOC, DOL, NLRB, and equivalent state bodies.
• Manage employment related litigation, including responding to attorney demand letters, effectively negotiating resolution of claims, and making recommendations to Human Resources and senior management on corrective action.

Job Summary:
Come join the team to work as an integral part of the Lycoming engineering team to support existing engineering frameworks and project initiatives to meet the evolving demand in digitization, electronification and modernization of the propulsion sub-systems in the general aviation space. The selected individual will be responsible for developing software solutions for various products in their respective design lifecycle.
The selected candidate will interface with Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Test Engineering on a regular basis; meanwhile interface with Customers and Suppliers on an as-needed regular basis. Participation in onsite visits to customer or supplier locations as engineering representative may be required on an as-needed basis.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
· Utilization of graphical programming language primarily LabVIEW to augment existing SW product offerings for customers
· Software requirements and specification development to support cross-functional engineering development and verification activities
· Test case development and implementation in HILSIM environment for hardware-software verification and validation of various engineering programs
· Interface with Production team to develop, augment existing test stand software capabilities
· Participate in code reviews to support interdomain program may be required (C, C++, Python, R)
· Usage of Application Lifecycle management software's for engineering projects (Helix ALM or equivalent)
· Application of source code management software's for engineering projects (GitLab)

The negotiation, placement, and management of complex, high dollar subcontracts within a government acquisition environment, including both cost and fixed price material and service type subcontracts.
• Obtain program's contractual requirements; consolidate them into an accurate Comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) that will protect Textron's interests in data rights, Proposal preparation costs and intellectual property; and issue RFP’s to prospective subcontractors.
• Examine bid responses and initiate cost and pricing analysis using results thereof combined with program objectives to develop negotiation strategy and negotiate price, terms and work scope.
• Originate formal subcontract documents and coordinate inputs and approvals from both functional and programmatic leadership stakeholders.
• Originate and maintain required documentation for subcontract files, including all pertinent government Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements when applicable.
• Facilitate integrated program team (IPT) meetings to maintain and control all correspondence between Textron and subcontractor.
• Verify all invoices and give initial payment approval or disapproval. This includes maintaining detailed accounts payable records for cost contracts to know when to withhold fee.

About This Role
