About This Role

About This Role

• Design test programs that support product development from concept thru qualification and transition to production
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and lead test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards

About This Role
Textron Systems is looking for a FPGA/ASIC Design Verification (DV) Engineer whose primary job function will be to support the verification of FPGA and ASIC designs for our electronic systems. The FPGA/ASIC Design Verification Engineer will be required to work closely with the RTL Design Engineers, System Engineers, and Hardware Engineers in the verification of RTL implementation in the target hardware.
Responsibilities
· Validate all FPGA and follow-on ASIC designs
· Develop test benches for FPGA or ASIC design verification using UVM, System Verilog, Verilog or VHDL
· Conduct various verification activities including creating test plans, cover plans, test bench architecture, and test bench development
· Participate in coverage implementation and analysis, architecture of verification environments, development of test cases and running regressions in order to execute verification projects
· Create bus functional models (BFMs) for key components of the design
· Evaluate and integrate verification IP (VIP) into the verification environment

About This Role
Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) to design and develop complex hardware solution for a variety of technical problems. Electrical Engineers engage in a variety of technical projects of moderate scope including schematic capture and circuit card design, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design and development, and embedded microcontroller design and development. Additionally, EEs are expected to create, maintain and follow Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications and test procedures for circuit card assemblies and system integration.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
• Contributing to and/or ensures the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.

Compliance Specialist
As part of the Lycoming and greater Textron Systems Legal Department, you will be part of a dedicated and diverse team of in-house attorneys and professionals. In this position, you will report to Textron System’s Ethics and Compliance manager and work in conjunction with the Global Trade Compliance teams. The Compliance Specialist will be based in Williamsport, Pennsylvania (100% in office) and will play a key role in building and driving our Ethics, Compliance, and Global Trade programs by managing strategic and operational initiatives.
The position primarily supports Lycoming’s ethics and compliance activities across a broad range of topics including anti-bribery & corruption risk management, Ethics investigations, and compliance program efforts and may have overlap into the larger Textron Systems E&C Program deliverables. Will proactively support all export and import compliance matters for Lycoming. S/he will interact with employees at all levels and will work both independently and with other members of the business and members of the Legal, Contracts and Compliance staff on a variety of interesting international trade compliance matters. The successful candidate must be approachable, vocal, solution focused, and proactive. This position requires a candidate with a broad range of compliance skills to be applied both domestically and internationally. Candidates with experience in aviation or cross-border international business is preferred.
Global Trade Compliance Responsibilities
· Direct U.S. imports for repair parts using TIB and HTS chapter 98 to the Import Analyst
- Provide a full range of proactive export/import compliance guidance to program management, contracts, procurement, business development, shipping, security and other functional areas within the Company
- Determine the applicability of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) exemptions, ECCNs and use of Commerce exceptions
- Review and approve Foreign Visit Notifications and conduct restricted party screenings
· Review and direct shipping request to the appropriate personnel
- Review and approval of commercial invoices and shipping process and coordination of freight forwarder requirements
- Perform other compliance activities as determined by the Manager of Export/Import Compliance
Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities
- Conduct Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) due diligence reviews of businesses and individuals operating across the globe through outlined policy steps including document gathering, application reviews, Restricted Party Screening, media searches, and red flag clearing
- Provide administrative support for systems and controls designed to mitigate bribery and corruption risk, money laundering risk, and general compliance efforts related to the management of third parties
- Conduct fact-finding and pre-investigation of matters, collaborating with others on investigations, supporting the E&C manager in investigations pertaining to potential violations of Company policy and applicable laws, and assist with ethics investigations raised through the Textron Help-Line and other reporting channels
- Draft compliance communications on timely and relevant topics and create content for intranet site
- Support overall E&C training initiatives by conducting live training to employees on a variety of E&C related topics
- Prepare professional, high quality and detailed due diligence reports to properly and completely document findings
- Assist with compliance special projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

The candidate should be comfortable as a cognizant designer of complex printed circuit boards utilizing micro-processors & controllers, high efficiency power supply design, analog signal conditioning, sensors, and RF components. About This Role
Our Engineering team is seeking a Configuration Data Management Analyst to support multiple product lines in our Goose Creek, SC location. The candidate will be eager to guide and support our Customers and our Engineering teams to follow industry-standard configuration management practices/principles, as they investigate, design, and integrate new and advanced technologies into our family of products within the Electronic Systems .
· Coordinate and manage the five functions of Configuration Management (configuration identification, configuration change management, configuration status accounting, and configuration verification and audit) for programs of medium to large size. This methodology helps programs meet their goals for cost, quality, and schedule.
· Establish and maintain constructive relationships with Government and commercial counterparts to foster Textron Systems’ reputation as a partnering organization.
· Provide technical direction to junior Configuration Management Analysts, mentoring them to increase their knowledge and confidence in the Configuration Management discipline and processes.
· Draft new Configuration Management (CM) Plans for new programs, maintain CM Plans for existing work.
· Lead/Conduct Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs)/Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) to ensure delivered product meet the product baseline and specified requirements.
· Interpret complex specifications, contractual data, and hardware requirements, apply that knowledge to Programs supported.
· Lead/Co-chair Change Control Boards (CCB) between Textron Systems and its customers and between Textron Systems and its suppliers.
· Represent Configuration Management in program reviews, presenting relevant data and defending project technical approach.

Job Summary
Working with cross-functional commodity teams, the Non-destructive Testing (NDT) Quality Engineer is responsible for all NDT activities at Lycoming and evaluating/ approving external supplier NDT processes when necessary. These activities include establishing Quality System, Procedures, and Techniques for Magnetic Particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection and Radiography. The NDT Quality Engineer will be responsible for NDT training and testing according to industry and Lycoming standards. Be responsible for conducting internal and external supplier quality system and process assessments and improvements.
Responsibilities to Include:
· Develop NDT procedure(s), techniques, calibration methods, equipment evaluation for Magnetic particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection and Radiography.
- Develop NDT personnel training, testing methods and required administration.
- Evaluates Special processes at external and internal suppliers.
- Conducts supplier audits to quality standards and in support of supplier selection and improvement.
- Drives effective root cause analyses and corrective action. Spearheads process improvement activities at supplier facilities.
