HUNT VALLEY, MD, NOVEMBER 28, 2023 – Textron Systems Corporation, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, announced today that it has been awarded a Purchase Order by Lockheed Martin to support Norway Italy Reprogramming Lab (NIRL) Block IV upgrades to support testing of the F-35 Lightning II aircraft capabilities with the A2PATS® systems. The A2PATS, Advanced Architecture Phase Amplitude and Time Simulator, system was delivered to Eglin Air Force Base in 2019. Valued at approximately $50M, this award supports upgrades to existing NIRL lab equipment including an enhanced frequency range capability and additional interfaces to support simulation and test of Block IV capabilities on the aircraft.

Leverages Aerosonde® Mk. 4.8 HQ System’s Payload Integration Capabilities Hunt Valley, Md, OCTOBER 17, 2023 – Textron Systems Corporation, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, announced today that it was selected by the U.S. Army for the Future Tactical Uncrewed Aircraft System (FTUAS) Program of Record Option 2 award. By completing the FTUAS program Option 1 requirements successfully, Textron Systems now moves forward into Option 2 of the contract. During Option 2, Textron Systems will refine its proposed design based on the Army’s Modular Open System Approach (MOSA) requirements, concluding with a critical design review. Award Builds on Over 20 Years' Experience as OEM - Hunt Valley, Md., OCTOBER 9, 2023 - Textron Systems Corporation, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, announced that it has been awarded a contract from BAE Systems, valued at up to $17 million, to develop a training system for the U.S. Air Force's EC-37B Compass Call in its Baseline 4 configuration. The training system, known as the Compass Call Mission Crew Simulator (CCMCS), provides a Compass Call mission crew with mission rehearsal training within a high-fidelity simulated tactical environment. Building on Textron Systems' more than 20 years of experience supporting this program as the CCMCS original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the enhanced trainer will use two key technologies to achieve the level of fidelity required to train a crew for the Baseline 4 EC-37B CCMCS configuration.
