Textron Systems celebrates 26 years of support for the C-17 Training System program

Textron Systems is celebrating 26 years of providing high quality training products and services for the C-17 Training System program. Since 1997, the U.S. Government has trusted Textron Systems to provide the training products required for the C-17 crew. Throughout the years, Textron Systems has provided Maintenance Trainer Systems (MTS), courseware and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for both aircrew and maintenance training systems. Textron Systems also provided MTS modifications as the aircraft evolved to support new missions. Textron Systems is dedicated to developing crew members who accurately and efficiently perform their role of protecting lives, operating equipment and returning home to their families safely after a successful mission.

As a teammate, Textron Systems also recognizes the importance of reliability and dependability. Over the 26 year-span of support for the C-17 program, we’ve ensured deliveries were completed on or ahead of schedule. We’ve worked closely with the U.S. Air Force and our partners to provide solutions as new needs have emerged. Whether it was re-architecting training systems to eliminate any downtime in system availability or helping to create the program roadmap for changes to come, Textron Systems is all in on supporting the C-17 program and the USAF.
