SHIP-TO-SHORE CONNECTOR - FLY AWAY 2020

At Textron Systems, our people make what we do possible. The journey from design to delivery of the first two Ship-to-Shore Connectors (SSC) highlights the team’s tireless dedication to our customers day in and day out – and it’s one that doesn’t end when the work day does.

By harnessing the ability to transport personnel, equipment, weapons systems and cargo to the beach in austere weather conditions, the SSC is a strong asset to our customers. With less than one percent commonality to the legacy Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) vehicles, the SSC represents a true upgrade for users that leverages the craft’s expanded capability set, versatility and built-in compatibility. We are proud to continue providing this unique capability set for our warfighters as they work to accomplish their missions.
