About this Role
Textron Systems Electronic Systems designs and develops test and simulation hardware and software for Electronic Warfare (EW) applications. This includes systems used on the flight line, range or in a lab to simulate enemy radar or missile threats for the purpose of testing aircraft sensors and electronics, or for training a pilot. High fidelity software and hardware design is required to accurately simulate threats in an ever evolving and expanding electromagnetic threat environment.

We believe people should love what they do – in this role, the Financial Analyst will be a key financial business partner in supporting Textron Systems ATAC Operating unit with timely analysis, financial modeling and reporting. The analyst will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for analysis of programs financials, Research & Development budgeting, and Pricing & Estimating that are used by senior leaders to manage the business daily. They will be able to use historical data and current understanding to identify financial trends and patterns as they relate to financial forecast.
Responsibilities
· Support ATAC programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports, and Key Performances Indicators
· Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls
· Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate course of action
· Support new business pricing and estimating activities
· Provide real time program financial status to leadership as well as Ad-hoc financial analysis
· Present financial data during monthly and quarterly reviews to an audience consisting of front line and executive level management.
· Other duties as assigned
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Textron Systems is looking for a qualified contributor to perform in-process and final inspections in a low-rate production and EMD areas. In addition to performing in-process and final inspections, the role would also support receiving inspection (as needed) via drawings, dimensional requirements, PO codes, and supplier provided documentation.
JOB DUTIES:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection plans to determine product acceptability.
- Visual examinations by means of instruments, gauges, jigs, or other measuring devices to ensure adherence to standards, specifications, drawing, quality workmanship, etc.
- Communicate to team and support groups when non-conforming material is identified.
- Follow Material Review Board (MRB) process.
- Recommend and assist in updates to procedures, processes, drawings, and inspection plans to improve quality of product.
- Review product inspection results and work with Quality, Product, and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve product issues.
- Document and retain required Quality records and results.

About This Role
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Responsibilities
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel
· Manage assigned maintenance programs
· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
· Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
· Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs

Job Summary:
A Production Planner will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. A Production Planner communicates to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.
Responsibilities:
· Partners with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
· Manages and own the execution of items associated with their planner code, to include release of internal jobs to the factory, release of purchase requisitions, manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints), and provides feedback to internal customers
· Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
· Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
· Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers.
· Assists management in the development and execution of plans for assigned products to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints
· Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.

Major Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a diverse, multifunctional team and, under the supervision of a senior program manager or program director have the responsibilities not limited to the following:
· Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable in a cost-effective manner.
· Perform Control Account Manager responsibilities for program management budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and determine variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate updates and Estimate At Complete analysis, and sales forecast update.
· Follow management program processes, plans and procedures to ensure program executes based on AS9100 Quality certification requirements and Textron best practices.
· Organize Program Management Execution Gates for leadership review and approval.

About This Role
The A2PATS provides real RF simulations of signals and effects a radar receiver would experience when in operational use
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Development of embedded firmware (microcontroller, C language) and/or FPGA?and digital?design?
- Schematic capture for circuit card designs?
- Testing and debugging of new products,?prototypes?or circuit card assemblies?
- System?integration and debugging (analysis of one or more system components and helping to solve an issue) and the creation of technical documentation for designs and testing.?
Description - External
Provide account management services to Aftermarket and OEM accounts. Account management services include interfacing with customers (both US domestic and international), processing purchase orders, requesting and tracking order updates, and following up to resolve routine and non-routine account management requests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Procurement and Operations functional areas as necessary to provide customers with price and lead time quotes.
- Process and release new purchase orders using Lycoming’s MRP System.
- Coordinate with the Lycoming Logistics organization on customer shipping requirements including freight forwarders, transit methods, expedite requests and freight carrier shipment issues.
- Log customer complaint issues for reporting and review in internal meetings.
- Track Engineering Process Requests (EPR’s) for new engine configurations received on purchase orders.
- Provide backup to Sr. Sales Operations Analyst, Sr. Warranty Administrator and Sr. Mgr. Customer Service when needed.
- Gain basic understanding of Service Letters, Service Instructions and Service Bulletins and how they impact customers (process replacement data plates).
- Complete required yearly CRC (compliance) modules assigned by Textron Systems.
- Participate in both Internal and External Quality Audits.
Participate in cross functional working groups and training when required

The Associate Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and reporting for their assigned contracts. In this role, the Analyst will interact closely with the program team and functional departments to ensure the accuracy of monthly cost projections, and sales and profit forecasts.
