We maintain a world-class repair facility. With a commitment to excellence, we offer industry-leading evaluation and repair turnaround times to ensure our customers receive their parts back promptly. Our fixed pricing across most product lines provides customers with peace of mind, knowing they will receive their repaired parts on time and on budget.
We understand the importance of our customer’s missions and keeping equipment operational, so we maintain a large inventory of spares on the shelf for common failure or single point of failure conditions across our products. Spares can be purchased direct through us on our eCommerce Storefront, through our distribution partners or through an existing active contract.
Our Aftermarket team is comprised of highly skilled Engineers and Logistics experts who are dedicated to maximizing the lifespan of our customers’ equipment. With a wealth of experience in designing, maintaining and upgrading complex systems, our team utilizes advanced analytics to provide actionable insights on how to optimize support for our products as well as those of other providers in the industry.
