JOB SCOPE:
· Unload materials by hand or utilizing handling equipment. Report mishandling conditions causing material defects. Verify quantities. Check actual quantity (hand count) against receiving slip, production ticket, credit or move ticket. Make written reports on cause of delays, location of shortage item. Move materials throughout departments as required.
· Responsible for flow of material to the correct process utilizing routings or move tickets. Expedite parts and materials by hand or with handling equipment according to production tickets, tallies and work orders.
· Responsible for maintaining the condition of stock, layout of stockroom, rotation of material. Pick, organize and verify parts for engine build and spare parts orders.

A Quality Control Inspector performs a variety of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and/or electronic inspection and test operations to determine adherence to standards, specifications, drawing requirements, procedures, etc. on any or all types of procured and production equipment, subassemblies, components, or assemblies as directed.
Responsibilities:
· Inspection and test of parts, materials, components, and systems in one or more of the following areas: Receiving, Shipping, Stores, Weld/Fabrication, Assembly, Testing, Calibration, Radiography, and Coating Inspections.
· Visually examinations by means of instruments, gauges, jigs, templates, or other measuring devices to include nondestructive test methods to insure adherence to standards, specifications, drawing, etc.
· May operate standard calibration and test equipment.
· Rejects parts, materials, assemblies, equipment, tooling, or components which do not meet requirements.
· Performs and may assist/train other inspectors in inspections, non-destructive testing, x-ray, calibration, coatings, and observations and functional testing (including electrical, mechanical, structural etc.)
· Reviews software data on vendor supplied items to determine acceptability.
· Generates Quality reports, completes Inspection Check Lists, nonconformance documents, calibration reports, x-ray, and other Quality documents/records as applicable to the specific area assigned.
· Adheres to all safety requirements, departmental instructions and TMLS Policies and Procedures.
· Interface directly with all levels of the organization, suppliers, and customers, as appropriate.
· Performs any and all other duties assigned by management.

About This Role
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and reporting for their assigned contracts. In this role, the Sr. Analyst will interact closely with the program teams and functional departments to ensure the accuracy of monthly cost projections, and sales and profit forecasts.
Job Summary:
The Sr. Financial Analyst position conducts analysis, maintains forecasts, and provides EACs for various programs. Under the direction of the Director Finance, the Sr. Analyst will generate and track monthly budgets, cost projections, and sales and profit estimates, in addition to various Earned Value reports.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Use analysis and financial data to advise program managers and business leaders during monthly reviews and during critical business decisions
- Serve as primary liaison between Finance and Program leadership teams
- Provide real time information to Director, Finance regarding changes in program financials and execution
- Create and maintain standard financial reports: orders, sales, cost, profit and cash flow forecasts, Monthly Program Status Reports, Earned Value reports
- Ensure program financials are in accordance with SOX and Internal Controls
- Establish and maintain baselines and EACs in the Earned Value tool (Deltek Cobra)
- Analyze program data to ensure estimates are accurate and complete

Job Summary:
The Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical supply chain activities for our supply base to effectively support all Textron Systems’ businesses across all site locations with a focus on overall external supply chain improvement.
Each team member will develop optimized external supply chain capability, enabling the highest levels of competition among the highest performing suppliers, geographically located; to optimally support our business throughout all phases of the product life cycle with a particular focus on Quality.
This role includes performing: - supplier assessments and development evaluations, supplier identification, and supplier management tasks. Working collaboratively across all product domains to understand the needs of the business and drive supply chain execution and accountability to the highest attainable level

The Supplier Development Engineer is specifically responsible for driving results with our suppliers across multiple supply categories including mechanical and/or electrical parts and assemblies in all facets of performance, including cost, delivery and quality. This role will report directly to the Manager of Supplier Development within the Supply Chain organization.
Key responsibilities:
· Develop Relationships throughout the Supply Base and connect that network with Internal customers and drive Quality into the foundation for execution
· Perform and/or participate in source qualification by performing quality management system surveys and special process surveys.
· Solicit supplier inputs into product design, considering design for manufacturability, cost, reliability, parts availability, and more.
· Perform Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA) as appropriate for suppliers.
· Coordinate the effective flow-downs of contractual requirements to suppliers along with alignment on quality codes and performance expectations.
· Execute supplier development strategies balanced across all domains.
· Partner with Sourcing Engineering, Supplier Management, Buyers, and Quality Engineering to ensure a smooth transition to the identified source enabling seamless execution via leading effective Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).
· Coordinate with Quality Engineering inspection requirements of suppliers and execute inspection requirements such as first article inspection, managing nonconforming materials, troubleshooting, processing material review board actions, etc.
· Lead management of critical supplier issues to improve overall execution.
· Lead risk assessments via FMEA/Risk Cubes, RCCA, countermeasures and supplier scorecard reviews.
· Perform data analysis and issue reports on supplier performance to ensure suppliers meet and maintain expected performance levels inclusive of quality and delivery.

Job Summary:
This position oversees creation of documentation that is accurate, complete, unambiguous, and as concise as possible. This includes supervision of the Technical Publications staff to ensure that the formatting conventions described in ATA100 for civil aircraft are met. Position strives to meet core business objectives, while ensuring customer satisfaction, and industry and FAA standards are attained and maintained with all products.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Direct technical publications staff. Develop goals, objectives, and prioritize workload. Make decisions to hire or terminate, train in methods and procedures, counsel employees and make other personnel decisions as required.
- Direct and coordinate technical manual editing, composition, production and delivery in accordance with applicable specifications, standards, and other requirements.
- Put technical information into easily understandable language.
- Prepare product documentation, such as operating and maintenance manuals, catalogs, assembly instructions, and ensure the FAA requirements, standards, approvals, and schedule are met for all new engine model or other needed publications.
- Work with engineers on technical subject matters to prepare written interpretations of engineering and design specifications and other information for a general readership.
- Plan and edit technical materials and oversee the preparation of illustrations, photographs, diagrams, and charts.
- Work closely with Program Managers to ensure that Technical Publications development of all new manuals are properly planned for all new programs in a cost efficient and result oriented methodology.
- Work closely with FAA Aircraft Certification Office on approval of publications. Assist the FAA-ACO with any other publication questions regarding legacy publications or from other FAA-ACO offices or international government agencies. Address and prioritize revision requests.
- Oversee the sustaining and enhancement of Technical Publications publishing software. Recommend changes on acquisition of new software applications, as required, to maintain the department’s competitive position in the marketplace.

Primary Purpose:
Provides technical factory service support of Lycoming's products to OEM, distributors, and individual customers through effective communications and field visits. Ensures that feedback of service issues reaches the appropriate personnel for effective problem resolution. Maintains familiarity with all engine systems and models. Provides documentation to support service experience through the SIR system. Coordinates service issues with the warranty function as necessary. Recommends changes in procedures, design, equipment or suppliers based on analysis of information received through contact with customers.

About this Role
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for establishing and executing the supply chain strategy to successfully support new development or existing production programs. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for representing procurement to the program and engineering teams and must work collaboratively across all functions. This role will also be responsible for supplier evaluation and selection, negotiation and establishing long term contracts and management of complex supplier programs, in coordination with other supply chain teams.
This position will report to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing and be based in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead several highly complex supply chain sourcing projects concurrently across multiple programs
· Create solutions to complex sourcing challenges based on trends and advancements using ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness
· Evaluate, analyze and assess trends and advancements in commodities, technologies and sources of supply
· Establish strategies to develop and improve the supply base as partners in support of quality, cost, delivery and service level objectives
· Ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARs, and other applicable acquisition policies and regulations

About This Role

The negotiation, placement, and management of complex, high dollar subcontracts within a government acquisition environment, including both cost and fixed price material and service type subcontracts.
• Obtain program's contractual requirements; consolidate them into an accurate Comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) that will protect AAI's interests in data rights, Proposal preparation costs and intellectual property; and issue AAI's RFP to prospective subcontractors.
• Examine bid responses and initiate cost and pricing analysis using results thereof combined with program objectives to develop negotiation strategy and negotiate price, terms and work scope.
• Originate formal subcontract documents and coordinate inputs and approvals from both functional and programmatic leadership stakeholders.
• Originate and maintain required documentation for subcontract files, including all pertinent government Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements when applicable.
• Facilitate, maintain and control all correspondence between AAI and subcontractor.
• Verify all invoices and give initial payment approval or disapproval. This includes maintaining detailed accounts payable records for cost contracts to know when to withhold fee.
• Participate in program meetings, obtain data and requirements which must be transmitted to or obtained from subcontractors via correspondence or telephone.
• Monitor funding profiles and spend plans to be able to recommend when funding may or may not be required.
• Conduct day to day management of subcontract delivery to maintain acceptable quality and delivery targets.
