About This Role
Textron Systems, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) who are highly motivated and self-driven team players with the ability to perform in a dynamic prototyping environment. This candidate will bring fresh perspective to the design team and must have a strong desire for innovation. The preferred candidate will have the drive and ability to learn and contribute quickly to assist in the isolation and resolution of issues, support root-cause analysis, perform electrical design, and communicate options and recommendations for defects.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be part of highly skilled team and need to interface with other team members, including those of other engineering disciplines. Additional job duties could include systems level requirements analysis, design, and proposal input. You may also be involved in system testing for products you are a part of and aid with fielding and/or training of the customer.
· Design, implement, analyze, and document hardware and electrical systems.
· Work closely with engineers of varying disciplines to meet simulation training system requirements.
· Assist in installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of designs to ensure that equipment and systems are installed and functioning according to specifications.
· Research and analyze data, such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
· Develop and establish design approach and implementation.
· Develop procedures and test trainer computers, inputs/outputs, electro-mechanical systems, and power interfaces.
· Collaborate with peers to implement designs, resolve system operation errors, and implement procedures.
· Recommend and/or modify design to obtain specified functional and operational performance.
· Keep current on future technologies and products to determine where and how such products can be incorporated into designs.

This is an opportunity to work as a Software Engineer in our Land Systems organizations on products such Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV). Our teams are engaged in multiple cutting edge development programs for defense applications. The strong candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and be able to execute in both R&D and production environments. Required experience includes hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation, overseeing technical execution of engineering projects, and successfully working within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities:
- Support full-life cycle engineering design and development activities on ground vehicle programs.
- Work cross-functionally with the organization to integrate the entire system including hardware and software.

This Software Engineering role is within Textron System’s Land Systems division working with unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) products. About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined
design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for
developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design. Knowledge of switching power supply design is a plus. Understanding of Multilayer PWA’s. The individual should be familiar with using OrCAD Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products. Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical circuit functional testing and EMI/EMC testing, as well as electrical test equipment design and implementation. Your Electrical Engineering expertise and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the successful design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge defense technologies. Responsibilities
· Oversee all electrical test and test equipment development and implementation work being performed on the program
· Work with Systems Engineering to ensure that electrical test and test equipment tasks are verifying requirements properly
· Ensure synergy between test equipment design and electrical test activity
· Facilitate the flow of electrical design/model content between the electrical test and test equipment engineers and electrical design team
· Manage electrical test and test equipment resources and allocating people to design and test jobs
· Assist in Control Account Management for all electrical test and test equipment tasks
· Run weekly status meetings with electrical test and test equipment team, and report status and updates to Program Engineer

About This Role
Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) to design and develop complex hardware solution for a variety of technical problems. Electrical Engineers engage in a variety of technical projects of moderate scope including schematic capture and circuit card design, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design and development, and embedded microcontroller design and development. Additionally, EEs are expected to create, maintain and follow Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications and test procedures for circuit card assemblies and system integration.

About This Role
The Naval Nuclear Propulsion Systems Engineer is a highly motivated, self-driven team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, start-up environment. The Systems Engineer will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who provides the engineering staff with systems concept of operation including interactions between systems and how each system is trained. The Systems Engineer will conduct test and evaluation activities to verify and validate training system functionality, physical fidelity, performance, and contract requirements. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with nuclear propulsion plant systems. The ideal candidate will have qualified as an Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) and served as a training instructor to include Team Trainer Operations. Experience at the Nuclear Power Training Unit located in Goose Creek, SC and qualification as plant engineer is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Provide engineering teams with knowledge of all system operations.
• Make recommendations on changes to the training system to keep them concurrent with the boat.
• Analyze data, such as customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design modifications or new system applications.
• Review and evaluate existing mechanical design drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the Navy.

Job Summary:
Come join the team to work as an integral part of the Lycoming engineering team to support existing engineering frameworks and project initiatives to meet the evolving demand in digitization, electronification and modernization of the propulsion sub-systems in the general aviation space. The selected individual will be responsible for developing software solutions for various products in their respective design lifecycle.
The selected candidate will interface with Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Test Engineering on a regular basis; meanwhile interface with Customers and Suppliers on an as-needed regular basis. Participation in onsite visits to customer or supplier locations as engineering representative may be required on an as-needed basis.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
· Utilization of graphical programming language primarily LabVIEW to augment existing SW product offerings for customers
· Software requirements and specification development to support cross-functional engineering development and verification activities
· Test case development and implementation in HILSIM environment for hardware-software verification and validation of various engineering programs
· Interface with Production team to develop, augment existing test stand software capabilities
· Participate in code reviews to support interdomain program may be required (C, C++, Python, R)
